Hi
any ideas guys? I've got it so I can send midi notes to the 101, and that works fine, but I'm sure I read somewhere you can clock the LFO/CLK rate. The Kenton manual might as well be in another language, mate of mine said he thinks he knows how, but never has time to come round and show me.
If anyone has any ideas, they'd be much appreciated!
Syncing the arp on an SH101 using a Kenton USB Solo
Yep in theory, but have no idea how to actually do that, tried following the manual but it makes very little sense to mewiddly wrote:You should be able to take the gate signal from the kenton and connect it to the ext clock input of the 101. Then each note you play into the kenton will clock the 101.

have you got a drum machine with trig out? i
I have one of these though http://www.kentonuk.com/products/items/ ... solo.shtml
Which can apparently do the job.
However, I have absolutely no idea how to do.

i don't know if it is really possible to send trigger-like shots with a CV Gate unit -but i'm gonna try with my doepfer mcv-4 which I have.
what about trying to send a fake trigger from the computer? if you have a spare output in the audiocard, just route a loud kick to it and connect it to the clock in of the 101, don't know if it works but it's worht a try. i personally never tried.
