When you read below a video "contains content from" and it's a wrong label, iTunes- and artist link like here;

is this a software failure?

not sure, i've seen it too before, but it looks like that iPhone app (Shazam) that identify a song that’s playing.
maybe it's a same case here, an app that tries to sync source ..!?
