Well who really cares fact is its the product that counts

Fact is i have over 3000 plays and 2000 downloads a week of the free packs.
And with the full pack being ready as i speak to sell.

Of course people care about the name. It's one of the most important things when sending a product to market. It's cool that you have all them plays/downloads but that's because you are offering it for free. Lets see what happens when you start charging people.

I've got to agree - it's possibly the worst name ever, it seems really childish. Why anybody would want to be associated with a brand called spunk face is beyond me?

You should at least consider changing it mate!
