im guessing you'd need their new program Record for that.
If they are including some sort of sampling/audio recording from the Reason stream, it would be a silly move not to include support of audio files in the true sense of the word.

I can't find a clear definition of that though so I am unsure at the moment.

I'm on the beta and I will say the kong is very cool for creating new and "Alive" sounding synthesised drums. Also the Kongs drum oriented FX are great.

For me the complex routing is half the fun of reason.

Anyway Ive been using Reason 5 for about a week now with my maschine controller and its massively good fun.

Kongs ability to synthsize drum both realitic and synthetic sounding hits and percussion is actually very very good, and the built in kong FX give you a lot of options for rezonant sounds, nice room reverb, distortion and other drum oriented effects. All in all I'm loving it.

that's the best thing about it.

try doing complex routing in a DAW and see how far you get.

I actually got Reason 5 and the new Record. I have been creating some amazing Techno tracks... They have a whole new set of samples, which is BIG ups for me.

I'll probably be posting a video with me messing with Reason 5, Kong. Already got a video with Reason 4. I suggest the Reason users to upgrade, and or purchase Reason if your not a user. :P
