In D-Pitched, the D stands for? Down?
However do you think that in Dubfire's rabid too, the bass is made with a low tom pitched?
How to make this bass..
Try and cut 1 bar from the start of the loop.
Look at it in a wave-editor like the aforementioned audacity which is free
by the way. Then run spectrum analyzer over it and look at the 3 peaks
between 40 hz and 150 hz. That will be the kick/the first lil bass and the 'tom'. Can't get much more detailed than that mate and it isn't exactly rocket science.
