What DAW are you recording into and what type of computer (processing power). I'm looking to do similiar but am afraid that my computer would not keep up with recording 16 tracks at once. 2.4ghz intel core 2 duo with ableton. it's plenty fast for my current needs. i'm just paranoid that recording that much at once would cause problems. I can't say enough about it, but then again I love to jam on my hardware, and nothing feels better than having up to 16 clean stems recorded to do anything I want with later. Its awesome.
