Your equipment?
2 x Technics SL1210 MkII
1 x Technics SL1200 MkII
1 x Pioneer DJM600
1 x Red Sound Cycloops
and that is all... well, apart from about 1000 records
want to start making tracks but I need to get something to make them on first... hoping to get a 17" Powerbook fully loaded next year though
I like having 3 decks though, lots more flexibility, and although it doesn't happen that often now, its great for when I get the urge to rinse out a load of harder/loopier techno
will see if I can get some pics to add in the post at some point...

dj set:
2x Technics SL1200 with Ortofon OM-Pro
1x Tascam CD-X-1700 with TTM Scratch Control Units
THE most underestimated CD-Player IMHO, it's like final scratch without a laptop: 100% technics feel with a cd player
1x Denon DNX1500, bought this 2weeks ago, love the soundquality and the ablity to completely re-configure the eq section!
2x Tannoy Reveal Nearfields, love to have pure sound when i'm mixing so i chose studio nearfields. the 2 old jamo's on top of the closet are there to compensate this in case i want to go really LOUD.
1x Sennheiser HD-25
production:
1x P4-3,2ghz PC with 2x18" TFT
1x Emu Emulator X-Studio Soundcard
1x Soundcraft Spirit M12 Mixer
1x Access Virus A
1x Clavia Nordlead 2; not mine(yet), lending it from a friend
1x Evolution MK-249C Midi Keyboard
1x Roland JV1080
1x Novation Drumstation
1x Midisport 4x4 Midi interface
2x Behringer Composer
2x Boss SE-50 FX
1x Digitech S-200 FX
2x Soundcraft Spirit Absolute 4P Monitors
1x Beyerdynamics DT990 Headphones
1x Sennheiser HD-25 SP
software:
Cubase SX3
Reason 3
Ableton Live 4
AcidPro 5
Wavelab 5
+ loads of vst-plugz & other toolz
...and this is where i do some mnml updates if needed

yup! i have A LOT of space; the studio is in my garage; build a soundproof room inside it, takes about half of my garage but definately MORE THAN WORTH ITtsod wrote:wow.. impressive
it seems you have lots of space *envy*
...but the best thing about my humble place is that i have NO (DIRECT) NEIGHBOURS!
can make music / play records / watch movies / play xbox without ever worrying about the volume
....now the only thing i need is more time!!!!
