He's working on the reedits now...

I think he'll use alot of the same tech he's been using lately for his dj sets, maybe breaking down his productions into mashine and loops into traktor. Add some visual artistry and FX and it would be a great show.

No one thinks he'd ever going back to the analog world, would they?

No reason to go backwards, Plastikman is as much about technology as the music.

I think most of the Minus stuff is more Plastikman than Richie Hawtin any way (faster BPM techno=Richie Hawtin)

I dont get how you go from a timid, wise, and calculated techno wizard to dressing like a drag queen. Whats up with this guy?

I think that he has forgot about the content because he is so afraid "the kids" wont like the packet.

too much money, too many drugs, too long weekends. That 'll do probably.

Still, you should give the guy at least the benefit of the doubt. Who knows he'll make some new pieces of music too and re-invent the whole thing. It's not like he didn't do it before. Everyone is so focussed on the live-sets right now (create the hype y'all) and he feels he needs mascara and a whole battery of led's to get his message across, so let him. But who knows what further plans he might have, and any performing artist sooner or later turns to making new tracks. And THAT's what I'm excited about. For all I care he can write a new Helikopter or Spastik while covering himself in peanut butter and shooting glowsticks into the berlin night with a compressed air tank. Whatever gets the job done

I think hes catering to a different audience now than he was before.
Hes doing what he has to do to stay on top, probably it's just us who is changing.

Btw if you haven't seen this interview before I suggest watching it, there are some hints towards what direction he is heading for.
