dont be fooled into thinking that the MC909 bears any resemblance whatsoever to the awesome and classic TR909.
its a cheap marketing ploy by Roland, if you want a groove box, there's better value for money out there.

why?
roland still makes good gear. Like any other manufacturer the whole catalogue isn't geared towards making minimal techno or house. They still make some of the most classic pedals to date and over the years they've made countless instruments used in many styles of music.even in the past 20... its silly to discount them like that.

well i dont think that these go for 300 (eur, ukp) because i see 505's go for that price alot...

sure they might make some good products. the V drums are really good but i'm not a drummer so i wouldn't buy it. when it comes to keyboards and synths i find they are really over priced and don't sound as good as the competition.
