isn't it a bit of a pain in the ass if you do not speak german at all, like me ?

depending on what you have to do, yes it is...
for ex dealing wih the bureaucracy, findig a job ect. ect...

if you just paty and buy beers at the 24/7 then nope....

Check out Dice-Club. I reallly like Dice-Club but it somehow doesn't get the attention it deserves. Really nice bookings and funktion one soundsystem.

If you go there in summer, be ready for some open-airs :)

you should definetly check out tape club!!! it has function one sound system and actually every element of the clubs arrangement is there in order to improve the sounding... for example theres carpet all over the walls and it has a giant wooden tree inside... really nice club, its sadly to empty often ...

I just heard that Golden Gate is mostly an afterhour location.. so maybe you bare that in mind before you go there

Also, check out the suicide circus. Some nice events there, no tourists, mostly Berlin people. Nice soundsystem too!
