i suppose there will be a lot of villa's hawtins and lucianos then soon.. such promotalk advocates hypes and hype-ish behaviour (pollution of music aswell), people really should stop imitating anyone and just make what they want. its also misleading to lure people this way.

That's what they teach you at some school. How would you sell better if not by pointing out some milestones. These boots will make you control the ball just like Ronaldo. This synth is super warm/anal because it has photorealistic gui of the original.

Well there seems to be a healthy amount of discussion, although alot of negativity with it.

We aim to provide guidance and to teach techniques and skills that inspire creativity.

Everyone who takes the Minimal Tech Course has access to the same materials, follows the same program and is taught by the same pro producer...but in the end everyone comes out with complete original and different sounding productions. We do not see all students of the course coming away with identical sounding tunes.

To be honest if you come away from the course with generic sounding unoriginal work then you have only yourself to blame.

The last thing we want to do is to pin anyone down to a certain way/method of making music or achieveing a specific sound to emulate other producers. We are simply teaching methods which can aid you to create the tunes which you want to create.

The fact is that we aim to teach techniques which are used by top producers, with much of these being easily applied accross genres, so that you can be inspired to utilised new skills in order to make YOUR music, no one elses.

To be honest i really don't see the point of charging £325 as most of the production techniques are available for free on the net (video tutorials, articles, etc etc)
