ahh, i guess i should say that i'm looking to buy a new computer (i use Ableton Live). it's a toss-up between building my own or just buying one of the new HP Slimline desktops with the best specs.

nope, sorry. the MD was bought around the end of December '08 or beginning of January '09 from the original owner who had it for maybe a month or so. the mixer i bought new off eBay around the same time.
