yep, the 3 places in paris where there are minimal parties regularly are:
http://www.letriptyque.com (cabanne's minibar parties are there, phil's "who's your daddy" party is there; and there's another monthly or so, I forgot the name, they had guido schneider and dinky in september)
http://www.batofar.org (the logistic/telegraph "batocool"parties are there, + sometimes others); this place is really cool, it's a lightboat parked on the river scene in the middle of the city!!!!!
http://www.nouveaucasino.net (phil and reynold's "minimal dancin", + the circus company parties)
(sorry, all these sites are in french)
but that weekend, phil's party seems to be the only one...
then, there are smaller events in bars (like the bar ourq); and some bigger one-time events in other clubs like rex club (which is usually harder techno), and others...
