soundcard sample rate vs encoded files
hey guys, finally got a firewire audiophile for my laptop, and i have to say, things sounds much better ( unless its me ) the sound is really sexy lol, one thing i was wondering, does ur cards sample rate affect the quality of lets say a 16 bit 192 kb mp3 ? like does it make it sound better? or does something thats already compressed and encoded playback the same on every soundcard? maybe im asking an obvious question?
