Not exactly a book, but there is a special edition ableton live magazine out this month, its pretty good and comes with a load of live packs on the cover cd, as well as tutorials and tips from some top ableton producers.

Had this book for a class at uni

I liked it alot. Comes with a dvd where you get to listen to loops and tracks with and without FX and processing so you can practice knowing what a compressor sounds like or how to use panning in a smart way and so on and so on. It's not dance music specific at all but it's still a good read.
