studio ergonomics

i used to do producing lying and sitting on too little chairs as well.
but everybody watch out: when you are getting older (i am 35), you could get really into trouble with your back.
so now i have a better chair and doing some sport before producing.
helps too free your mind after work as well :-)

having a studio where you could stand seems like a really good idea.
i will try that!

i actually produce lying down mostly. maybe i should sort that out.

i think it's bad practice. i was producing that way for about a year and the music i made during that period had something missing, something to do with the groove. i had my computer just at the end of my bed and i would go from sitting up to lying down. i started getting stain in my shoulders from being propped up on my elbows.

yeah, could be worth changing the policy.

I have a reclining lazy boy as my studio chair. Its very comfy and I just kick back. I get up and dance around every now and then but I cant sit in chairs. Needed a ral comfy one
