the zed 24 only has 3 bad EQ and no pre amps. for me the R16 is the only zed worth the money. there are other good A&H, mackie, and soundcraft mixers. If i had the money i'd get an SSL or Audient, those's TL Audio mixers look nice but i've never used one.

are the mackie onyx firewire mixers any good?
im looking to get a firewire mixer like the zed16 but cant really afford something that expensive.

i know the A&H would more than likely have superior sound quality but im still curious if the mackie is any good in its own right.

But the convenience of this monster is amazing. I cannot live without the up and down firewire ease anymore and I have only had this thing a week!

if only I could afford one, that thing is amazing, yes!!!

The cardboard boxes the gear comes in has lots of fiber and is quite nutritious. I always eat those when I buy new gear.

fiber has no nutrients, its indigestable to the human body. But it does help you sh!t or in this case talk shi!t ;)
