record shops/events in the Tampa Bay Area

I know there's at least one person on this forum from the area so perhaps there is hope for me.
So, where should I go for the goods? I used to shop at the Groove when I lived there but that was a good ten years ago and I'm completely out of touch now.
As for parties, what's a good resource for listings?

Any help is much appreciated.

kinda weird to see someone asking about a small area in FL on a website based in holland.

the biggest vinyl shop is painted puppy, its right down the street from university of tampa.

thanks a bunch.

yeah, kind of weird but i wasn't aware of any such resources dedicated to the
florida scene. will check the link you supplied.
hopefully something will be going on when i'm there.
