Probably will if I don't receive an email soon. Bit dissapointed in Decks, especially because they've always contacted me back so soon when I mailed them before.

*edit*
SDL, I'll post what they say here if your problem still hasn't been solved.

Thanks!

I'm also still waiting for my orders and invoice to be updated. It never took as long as this btw.. So, something isn't right.

I'm going to wait till the end of today. If it's not updated by then, I'm going to give them a call as-well.

didn't receive any answer as of yet, but my order was delivered yesterday, so I didn't call. Must be some technical error as they obviously still receive your order.

i think the error is on your side, check your email. After all only the email thing doesnt work and still doesnt work ( no support email )

that you got an invoice is a clear sign that your order was received
An invoice happens only short after or before decks sends the package away.

The "my open order" section is only used if you choose to buy a record but send it some days later.

Decks is the best, hands down. Whenever there is a problem they are always ready to fix it. I sometimes even get promo's
