Ableton problem, maby someone can help?

Ok, so it all happened after a friend of my sister installed a driver for the emu 0404 usb 2 external sound card on my mac, so my sister can also record things and so on my computer

now the problem, after installing the driver my ableton and garageband won't start any more and also i can't see my HD in finder anymore...

pretty fucked?

anyone has a idea on how to fix this? or has the same problem with a emu 0404 usb 2 ?

have contacted ableton who were very quick in helping, but haven't send me a solution yet
also contacted creative/emu for this problem, but they don't really let me know something...

help! i want to make music again

read on the emu site maybe it needs to be patched or something, happened to me with my bcr.. many programs lack an update for osx.
wouldn't know what else it could be.

apperently it has something to do with an outdated version of celemony
