New video from me - Traktor Pro

Post by Proof »

Over the last decade or so, I have progressed from mixing solely on turntables, to CD players, to Timecode systems, and now find myself mixing totally off the computer.

Here is a video giving an overview of how I use it.

Over the next few videos I will start detailing various parts of the setup and how I use it. Enjoy!

Na. That was the first 12 years mixing on 2 or 3 turntables.

Now I am starting to get closer to what I enjoy so much about DJing. The Mix.

Each to their own though. This aint a digital vs. analog debate.

your video is cool and well done.

i won't get into the analog vs digital... but its more of a anti-tracktor i.e. djing with training wheels debate. I love digital technology auto sync and predefined effects piss the hell out of me and have everything to do with the mix.

Hey man, that's a very nice video. Really showing the possibilities with a digital setup! Thanks!

I'm on Traktor Pro too, using the Audio 8 and the UC-33 midi-controller, but I'm still learning/evolving/discovering.
