Hi,

For some time now I'm in love with minimal, especially the darker sounds. Pursuing this love, I created Christ Lewis, a project to take the art of DJing a step further, exploring the boundaries of what's technically and humanly possible nowadays.

I've spun together a short (48min) but energetic 3 decks set as a way of introducing my sound, building up from very minimal, to dark, to madness.

I just noticed your reply! Always nice to meet fellow lovers of dark sound.

I'm based in Belgium. I do a few gigs a year. It's not easy to sell dark minimal to the public, I end up compromising heavily. I'm slowly gaining artistic freedom, though. In the meanwhile there's luckily the Internet to satisfy my need for spreading my own sound.

I've checked out both your projects. I like what I've seen and heard so far. Definitely going to keep an eye on you. I'm still new to the whole myspace thing, but once I've got it figured out I'm sure I'll meet you there as well.

yeah i hear you on he compromising front, but ive been compromising for years now so im like "fck it" im just gonna produce what i want and not worry about what it "should" sound like etc

you should def get on myspace mate, its very handy for hearing new sounds, getting inspiration and also meeting like minded people

ill keep u posted on any new tracks or mixes i do etc
