maybe going to blue bar or laundry bar at south beach will help you....i was last year in miami, and i played couple of times there...played minimal there and got nice vibe from people

There are a ton of laws & every city & state are different. For example, in Florida, Gainesville clubs have to start closing at 1:45am. Orlando is 3am. Miami is a strange one too. Certain areas of downtown are zoned for 24 hour liquor licenses. South Beach, I think, is still 5am.
