HI Freaks

Maybe i also want to switch from vinyl to digital ...

For a really new Traktor user, which setup would be best for me... ?
Whats the diffrence between traktor pro and trakto Scratch pro ?

Currently, Traktor Pro allows for 4 decks and more customization. Traktor Scratch is more stripped down, using only 2 decks and less features to customize. It depends how crazy you want to get with the software.

that changes november the 1st. traktor pro and scratch will be exactly the same software. "scratch" will be an addition of time code vinyl and audio 8. besides that both packages will have the same functionality, 4decks, etc ...

okay grat... watched some videos on the traktor side... looks like that traktor is good thing for me.... especially for a hobby DJ like me....

hey there, just a quick q about traktor, i dont know alot about it but al ask anyways.

can i use my 2 turntables as normal with a mixer, but the new 2 extra channels on traktor do i have to use them with a midi controller? is that possible?

if that makes sense! :!: !

you don't need a midi controller but it will make things easier, but yes, you can do it this way. many people do.

thanks for the reply,
even if i dont want to mix four tracks wich would take time to sync up b4 a set ect, i am going to invest in traktor pro and a midi controller for looping and effects.

but can anyone tell me the name of this midi controller that konrad black is using, it looks simple for the job
