switzerland is in one of the last positions.... never thought it could be true...
depending on the region where you live you can count between 1.5 and 2.5 loans evey year.
just for curiosity: how does it look like in sweden?

So true.
3 years ago i had to do a operation of my nose due to a few hits, elbows during football and even a fight a few years back. Its was simply looking like sh!t and not working well. Before the operation i had like 5 visits at different doctors/nose specialits and hospitals, i spent 2 days in the hospital with the operation and after it i had 4 more visits to a nose specialist doctor.
For all that, with ha good looking and working nose again i had to pay about 180 euros in total.

I don't care about paying a high tax if i get value for the money when i realy need the system for help with health or something else.

health insurance is why it's worth it. And lots of other social benefits...

Although top 3 place for Belgium is pretty impressive.
