I dont' think shlomi even knows the existence of this Basic channel track...
A lot of producer are making tracks based on the same idea as Phlylyps... D'julz - yo momo is one.

There's no preset for phylyps 2 , what a joke. Certainly this doesn't help his credibility in his battle with Aril.

Hopefully BC/Hardwax/The Detroit_Berlin Mafia and the fans will come down on this sukka like a tonne of bricks, totally unacceptable.

I've just mailed Juno to ask them about this and wether they have queried it.

I don't see how any reputable distro could allow a track they are already selling to be sampled, repackaged then sold under another guise, Just goes to show a distro is normally more interested in who's playing a record and how much hype it has as opposed to how good it actually is or how much integrity it has.
