But macbook doesn't come with a 2.6 Ghz processor...

Is a 2.6 Ghz processor really necessary? Im also looking into getting a Macbook purely for music production. Aye. If you can save a bit of money getting a 2.4 instead of a 2.6 and spend that money on 2x the amount of ram then...
