Pox Box on the A side is a very deep and sexy tune. Holding some deep house chords with a solid riding groove. As with the best tracks, simple but devastating on the dance floor, this is a very effective track for house dj’s of the moment. From the very first time we heard this track, we felt in love with it, its shaking the dance floor and touching the heart both at the same time, this is the most basic aim of house music.
Over to the B side and we have Johnny D (Oslo, 8bit) casting his magic over the track, and turning the original house track in to a more technoish track but still managing to keep the warm vibe of it. This track is already being played regularly by Ricardo Villalobos, Loco Dice, 2000 And One, Oliver Ho and all the other leading dj’s. Simply, a dance floor killer!!!
