Typical house piano from the 80s/90s

Post by Dopplereffekt »

I mean a piano used in tracks like from Marshall Jefferson, FPI Project en the old ibiza balearic sh!t. The only thing i recognize is a big boost in the mids but further i am not able to reproduce it...

Someone any idea?

Grand Piano.
Drop the idea of becoming someone else, because you are already a masterpiece.

I recently started with a sketch of a new song reffering to the 80s. The piano is sampled but it sounds like this:

The classic house piano sound is from the Korg M1 which you can now get as a plugin.

Try a Roland D20 piano patch or samples of one.
