I must be broker than you. I cannot even afford the thought of buying new clothes at all... heck, I cannot afford even used clothes anywhere they make it their buisness to sell it. I get my clothes from where they give it away or sell it for a buck (they sometimes also have nice records and vintage analog synths...keeps me going back) and from friends that care about my looks... for whatever reason. God bless them.
I must say Montreal is Pre-owned Wonderland. Or was. Yeah... was.
