I always wonder if some of those people who defend vinyl so much are perhaps only half doing it for the reason they think. ie maybe artist not getting as much money from sales, easier for people to steal music..etc and half doing it because they themselves have vinyl turntables at home, not cdjs and have always used vinyl, and because of this they are automatically putting themselves on the "against digital music" side without actually thinking of the argument fully before making a decision.
This works both ways also though, I mean somebody who has never had vinyl and is used to downloading automatically say vinyl is old, or too expensive, or too big to carry around.
