you need to unload youre debugger

hi,
i bought an emu soundcard and recieved the proteus vx soundmodule.
now i instsalled it before and it worked well, but i formatted my pc and reinstalled everything and the soundmodule doesn't work anymore.
when i want to start it, the pc says " you need to unload your debugger before you can run this program, anybody got some advice on how to ulload my debugger?

Check the EMU database.

idd wtf is a debugger, i don't know, plaster, i looked in my emu files and i didn't find a debug(ger) or such kind of thing. grr

its probably some software that is installed or some sort of mode the hardware is running in.

used for developers.

now i work with windows xp pro, cubase studio 4, a few plugins of cubase sx3 (a1,...), waldorf attack, emu 0404 usb 2 soundcard,
it is strange because it is only the emu protheus vx that doesn't work. sometimes some window troubles (but thats windows right hehe) anyway i come crazy because i like some sounds that you can assign with the soundmodule.
