RIP John Lennon- 10/9/1940 - 12/8/1980

One of the greatest musicians of modern day.

Respect. Memory lives through music.

really?

lennon was a better comedian that musician.

Reporter: "What is it about your music that excites people so much?"
Lennon: "If we knew, we'd form another group and be managers."

Lennon put more in a 16 bar melody than most musicians will ever output in this life and the next.

it is no doubt that he was what he was....
but it is not necessary for any comparation ...
...cause lot of people can bit that argument of yours ....
we can talk about Brian Eno or Cornelius Cardew or some other bloke :D
but it is not focal point of conversation ....
people seem to be hooked up every time in same direction ....
for some pipl he was a big influence ... for others less influental ...both sides have respect !!
actually saying that someone have sense for humour well it s huge deal....; )so there are pipl who give him a credit for being wry, ironic guy and others give him a credit for music ....so he was multi talented: )
