After a successful label launch with eps by Tigerskin and Spektre Heimatmelodie now presents an all new artist: Alfredo Clonk.
And this guy is one to watch as he has a completely original sound aesthetic, something which you can say of only very few artists.
The a-side “Doppelkorn” (a german high percent alcoholic drink) is a primetime mixture of driving 909 beats, whissping snaredrums and groovy sequences which spontaneously bring the slogan “rave is back!” to your mind.
A bit deeper appears b1, “Back to Bombay”, a dark bass-synth on a techy percussion basement puts the dancers into a relaxed groove before the break shakes them awake again late in the night.
And B2, “Leaving Mettmann”, is the perfect soundtrack for staring the night. A deep-grooving ever-modulating bassline, crystal-clear percussions and fat synth-sounds unlike anything you have ever heard before.
