... with pastorious on bass? ;)
No thanks. While Jaco was good, I think he's never ever quite as funky as a guy like Paul Jackson.. No... quite honestly, not a Pastorius fan at all... no even the W-Report stuff... He plays too much! He should have played sax or something... He gave birth to a whole generation of bass masturbators. Pattitucci springs to mind... and Alain Caron (the ultimate king of constipated Jazz-jizz)

He's dead anyway.
i agree with you for patitucci and alain caron
but not with jaco, what he did was a little revolution (plus wonderful compositions, big band arrangements and so on...)
don't you like revolutions?

Well yes...

I like Jaco! How to say this.... I know! To me, Jaco played an instrument we happen to call bass but what he did with it is, as you say, revolutionary... something else... Totally.

Right now I'm listening to Chick, Stanley, Lenny and some dude called Al Di on geektar. Where have I known you before.

This is so badass. Christ!

i'd love to see that Alva Noto makes some 4/4, over 120BPM tracks.

Lee Curtiss doing stand up comedy. He looks a little like Jack Black.
