when he played for narod nikki at sonar, i got a mini glimpse of what i love about hawtin....he was alot deeper and more experimental, you could tell he was having to think on his feet alot more, and it just had so much more edge to it. it wasnt a masterclass or anythin, but i just felt that spark for a split second again with him....
