-----------------------------------------------------

Argentinian Gonzalo Villarreal (aka Zum) has been working behind the scenes with some of televisions biggest daytime chat shows, from Oprah to Jerry Springer, for some years – providing the show's with outlandish minimalism, which when played at loud volumes in conjunction with drugs, booze and electrodes, allow special chat show scientists to tell if accused chav husbands have been poking the next door neighbour. Here is a selection of some of his finest lie detector's to date:

When Jenny accused her husband Barry of playing away with the babysitter on Jeremy Springer UK, Bidon's one note technoid stabs building to a crescendo and bleep siren mash up had Barry tapping his toes like a man who had clearly paid his babysitter to sit on more than his sofa.

Trisha has sworn by the sparse, solid minimalism with well placed electro overtones and bleep melody line of Shibre for her show's lie detector test ever since she used it in her own home when her husband claimed he was not responsible for eating all the rice and peas.

Title track Detector's one note techno stabs, rolling tech-house and funky popping patterns have proved invaluable on Jeremy Kyle's show. A particularly noteworthy success was when it helped detect the lies of a postman who had been posting his wife's soiled panties through various postboxes in Hull. Jermey was able to raise the audience to a climactic chant of 'you're a bad postman' thanks to the assurance of Gonzalo's work.

Soez's moody synth driven minimalism with robotic vocal hits running throughout have worked wonders for Oprah Winfrey's US audiences. In one of our favorite episodes a man was proven to be lying about the number of women he had been been boning: he had claimed to be tapping over 500 women a year however when his he did not so much as tap a foot to this track it was clear that the he had been spending more time with his mates Bob & Randy than with busty Barbara from no. 22 down the road.

The moral of today's show is that minimalism, especially when used in conjunction with drugs & alcohol, can be a source of truth in your relationships. If you think your loved one is lying to you, we encourage you to use this EP to get to the truth and hopefully save your relationship. Remember folks, she might be sleeping with the next door neighbors, but Clever Music will always be there for you.
