Audio keyboard VS Midi Keyboard controller

Hi, im going to buy a 61 keyboard and i think the better choice for me its a yamaha psr-e-303, that has midi conection, sensibility, 61 keys.
On the other hand its the m-audio keystation61 that has sensibility,61keys.

I think its better to me to buy the yamaha because i can practice with no latency and the sound on yamaha its very good.
the prices are almost the same...not big difference...
I have an evolution uc-33, so i dont need any faders or knobs on the keyboard..

i just wanted to know others opinion, if theres any difference when you use it as a midi controller...maybe anybody knows other important differences between those 2...
i think the pitch bend is not so important...i dont know..
