Dj Dex
DJ 3000
Tek Brothers
B. Calloway
The Plan / Thought Criminal

Brian Kage
DTM
Omar S
Aaron Carl

As for outside of Detroit:
There are allot more people playing detroit stuff outside of detroit. There are not allot of new artists in detroit that are not trying to sound like europeans except the ones listed above and all of them besides Omar S and Brian Kage come out of the Submerge Recordings camp.
