How can the presser make such a error?? Its not a pressing/mastering problem, its a production one. Theres something else that bothers me though.
Apparently Raresh was too eager to become a producer and has "found" an easy way to do it - sampling other tracks. His track is definitely, without any doubt sampled from Thomas Brinkmann's track.
There is a legal way this can be done, and this is if the sample is cleared. If this is the case, my respect for Arpiar and Raresh. If not, im afraid we are facing a DJ Konte situation.

By "sample clearing" i was referring to informing the owner of the publishing rights that you are using a portion of the given track and in this way arranging this legally.
Imitation? Excuse me but this is blatant stealing. He sampled a whole phrase from the melody, another sound from the same track on top of it, a hihat, and very possibly (cannot be 100% sure because this can be filtered more) - the bass. This is not guitar playing so you can immitate it. It has the same samples and this can be proved.
