Anyone know why my Plak order hasnt processed for 3 days?

I ordered an item that was really important to me and have not seen any update on it whatsoever. contacted them today, have not heard back yet.

Plak takes several days for the orders to process and ship. I remember I placed an order for the latest lomidhigh when it was first posted on their site a couple of weeks ago and got an e-mail a week later indicating that order was shipped

ok well that makes me feel better. Their email says 24 hour response which does not seem be very accurate.

cause if it's for this shop record...

you can send an e-mail to Chaton, who's the boss of the shop, and ask him direct, it's better than asking people here who probably don't know what happend in the shop.
