Second Set of Monitors

Post by thelibrarian »

I am creating a second studio in my room which is the size of a closet. My living room studio utilizes Wharfedale 8.2 Diamond Monitors and I adore them; however, in order to get better mixes I would like to install a different set of monitors in my new studio to hear my mixes on different monitors. I also thought I might get one of the smaller monitors on the market due to less space in my room. Does anyone have any experience with Wharfedales and know a comparable quality monitor that comes in a smaller size? I have been looking at the Event ALP5s and the Alesis MK1 520. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Best,
TL
