Money involved in producing

Hi,
Im interested in finding out what kind of money is involved at all levels. How many vinyl copys would Richie Hawtin, Ricardo Villalobos, Donnacha Costello et cetra sell of their hits? What percentage do they get and what percentage do the labels get?

What would top minimal djs get for playing at festivals and clubs?

Dunno for sure, but its said that DJs like Sasha or Paul van Dyk, get around 30000 (thats right, 30 thousands) for 2 hour sets
