hmm not bad, but overall i find the track is too constructed. Let me try to explain.
It's rather long, which is OK (it could even be a bit longer), and this means you have plenty of room. There are many elements in the song, the beat, the pads, the elastic bass, some noises, a glassy-bleepy (?) synth... which are individually good. My advice: don't use them all the time.
I like the elastic bass, i like the sustained pad in the beginning, i like the chord progression etc. but let your track breathe. Stop the beat for a while. Stop the chord progression and let the first sustained pad come back and stay for a while. Throw a little touch of bleeps. Etc. Let things float, and come and go.
As always, my comments reflect my tastes. I like ambient music and your track is a bit "too much" to be ambient (and i've just listened to Gas, anything would sound too much to me right now )
