vst sampler??

can anyone recommend a good vst sampler that allows you to controll the pitch etc of audio samples from your harddrive with midi?

thats a slicer.

now for a sampler,
try the vember audio shortcircuit.
there is a small verison, that is free.
its really the best sampler availble imo.

so then. phatmatik pro is a slicer with the capabilitys of reading samples from HD and pitching via midi...

gonna check out that sampler you talked about.

Kontakt 2 and the tutorial DVD (super-ultra-recommended).

I tell you: you're all set with that combo.

native instruments battery, for drumsounds
or simply ableton live (impulse) make this
it depends on what you want to do exactly...

ok, im bumping this thread.
I made alot of search in the internet about kontakt 2 and read some very interesting stuff, and alot of the people wrote in their reviews that it has alot of bugs in it.
Is it true? can ask you guys who have and use kontakt to write their thoughts about it please?
im thinking about purchasing it but before i do that i want to know if i really should.
