i just found them!
purchasing this weekend..somehow we got one of each 12" at a friends store in Detroit..i also found a black-labeled record on Octal as well..

Got mine in the mail! They sound great!

Sounds like that black label record you found is either a Octal 02 or an Octal 03. Unless its the super rare Octal 00...But I dont think too many exist of those.

Yep, got the email earlier this week from the Octal mailing list. Sickinger sent the last remaining handfuls of all releases over to Boomkat. From the looks of it, they are going quick. Record number 2 already sold out.

Also from that same email - the label switched direction a bit. Apparently they are heading into a deeper and slower dub sound. Wonder if Rod Modell will be working with Sickinger on this? Sounds interesting as he mentioned Bill Laswell + Alpha & Omega comparisons.
