Saturday 24th September sees a new beginning for 3 party starting chancers with a penchant for quality underground music, un-pretentious house party vibes, unhealthy weekend living and a touch of the utterly ridiculous. Showcasing some of the finest talent (in our opinion of course) from across the spectrum of forward thinking electronic music all neatly wrapped in a bundle of absurdness, we welcome you to Before @ Nomad.

IGOR VICENTE & VERNON BARA (VISIONQUEST/HOT CREATIONS) present ULTRASONE
Heading up the party we are delighted to present a UK debut exclusive, with Igor Vicente & Vernon Bara teaming up as their brand spanking new project… ULTRASONE. With individual musical pedigree longer than the queue for the girls, these guys teamed up this year in their native Belgium to release the summer roller ‘Don’t Feel No Way’ on the mighty Visionquest label. This Autumn also sees the follow up release ‘Breathe N Pop’ on Hot Creations, and unless you have been shying away from any dancefloor in Europe this summer, you will instantly recognise this track from it’s hip hop sample and funked up bombastic bass line. These guys are a big part of house music’s future and we couldn’t be more chuffed to welcome them to the UK for the first time.

Also performing will be the majestic wonder kid Youandewan. Leeds based Ewan’s varying takes on electronica have seen ears prick across the industry, with his versatility highlighted through ‘MOVIN’ featuring on Cocoon’s Party Animals compilation, the epic ‘1988’ release on Lo:Rise, whilst in the same period dubstep don Skream released YOUANDME (ON MY MIND) on his label Disfigured Dubz. His musical diversity, stunning production skills and intelligence is demonstrated throughout his DJ sets and we couldn’t be more delighted to have him on the bill.

HAMID
Joining the out of towners will be London party don and recent Murmur signing HAMID. As well as his huge upcoming release on Murmur and the joy of tearing apart Balearic dancefloors all summer long, he also has the prize accolade of playing the best set our Joey has ever seen at a recent house party! We just had to get him in…

Joining the guests will be our trusty residents Pasquale (dbe), Joseph Nelson and Tru:Tek, each bringing their own unique slant on the world of house & bass music.
