With around 80% of tickets already snapped up, our next 2 parties are looking set to be total roadblocks. We are proud to welcome two very different yet equally pioneering artists to Content in March and April:

Friday, March 25th we welcome the originator, innovator and godfather of techno music to our little basement. Detroit native Juan Atkins requires little introduction. Along with Derrick May and Kevin Saunderson he is widely credited with the creation of this thing we call techno.

Greatly revered for classic productions under his Model 500, Cybotron and Infiniti monikers on labels such as Tresor, R&S and his own Metroplex he is also a master DJ having perfected the art of soaking up new rhythmic elements from contemporary dance music while keeping his unerring, instantly recognisable sense of melody intact. “Magic” Juan Atkins is officially one of the greatest DJ’s you are likely to witness.

This event is strictly limited to 200 people and we have already experienced high demand, we advise purchasing yours in advance.

Thank you to everyone that made it down and made it such a great party! Juan absoloutly loved it and asked us to pass on his regards to everyone that contributed to the atmosphere.

Apologies to anyone that could not get in, we had to turn away a large number of people on the door and also judging my the constant calls/emails/texts on Friday alot of you missed out on tickets too. We wish we could fit everyone in but we like to keep things to a very limited capacity and with artists like this, there is always going to be high demands.

Next up is Andrew Weatherall. We have already sold 100 tickets for this so it is looking set to go the same way. Please, if you fancy heading down, we do advise tickets again.

Thanks again! It's great to see such great support for so many small, Manchester parties at the moment. It really feels like there is a ressurgance going on in this city! It's all about the small basement.
