was gonna post this here, but i'm happy that alessio already shared it

if it helps more, here is his very nicely composed artwork:

this was shared on the 1-year anniversary of the start of the series, in march 2010 (sorry: NOT 2001), a coincidence i only saw after the fact... it makes this excellent mix even more special to me. i know the file is huge but neither of us wanted to share it any lower quality (this is a 256kb/s mp3) - of course, i consider this well worth the bandwidth and patience (there's also the nice essay to read while you wait). one of the goals of this project was to get a mix or two that goes *really* long and deep, and i'm very happy with what alan backdrop made here.
