Tenth release, and so it was time to take it up a notch. Three tech house and techno stompers, and this time from Valério Hernandez, our friend from Eivissa. Although that sounds pretty cool, the man actually lives pretty secluded from everything near the mountain village of Sant Joan De Labritja, as he puts it "because I need the distance away from all the industry nonsense".

"An Afternoon in Eivissa" has a very weird analog synth as leading theme, keeping everything pretty understated until the break. Weird but nice is the key here.
"An Afternoon in Brussels" on the other hand is based on the impressions he got from the Thé Dansant party in brussels, which he visited with us during a stay in Belgium. A super funky bassline with a distinctive hand clap that drives the track, it builds to sharp metallic climaxes that might sound harsh, but are monsters for the dancefloor.
"An Afternoon In Berlin" was supposed to be the original version, but unhappy with the track, he decided to pull it at the last minute. So that's why you only get the remix label boss Psytox did. Massive techno old style, with snare drums rattling and a basskick that sends electricity through every filling in your teeth. Massive. And the acid at the end is once again psytox being difficult.
